Order and contact

As customer orders can range between 10 kites to over 1000 kites, I prefer to take orders by email rather than online form to ensure I have the quantities you require, and can deliver them to you in time for your event.

How to contact or make an order

The quickest way to order is by email at jenny@kitekids.co.uk as I always have my iphone with me so can respond to emails very quickly.

Alternatively, you can leave a message (if I'm not in) on 07964 101988 and I will call you back as soon as I can.

Please provide the following information:

1) The types of kites you'd like

2) The quantities

3) Your postage option (see table below)

4) Your delivery address details

5) The date of your event

6) Your invoice details if different from delivery details (please read further down the page about payment options)

7) How you wish to pay - cheque, paypal or bank transfer

Delivery times

Most orders will be processed within 1-2 days of ordering.

Depending on the size of the order, I can often send out next day so if you've left it last minute, don't worry! Get in touch and I'll see how I can help you.

Postage and packing

Postage is available by either Royal Mail, UK Mail Courier or Hermes Courier

Please add 1-2 days processing time.

**A Hermes courier will try to redeliver your parcel 3 times, then it will go to your local ParcelShop to collect at your convenience. Find your nearest ParcelShop. You may also provide me with a safe place to leave your parcel.


Individuals - payment must be made before kites are posted (by cheque, paypal or online bank transfer). An invoice will be issued by email upon receipt of your order.

Organisations - An invoice will be issued with your kites for payment upon receipt of the goods. Payment can be made by cheque, paypal or online bank transfer.


If you find your kites aren't suitable, then we are happy for you to return them. Return payment must be made by you and either fully insured for the full cost, or sent by a signed service. If kites are lost in transit and not insured, the full cost of the loss must be covered by you.

If kites don't arrive in time for your event, returns are only accepted if you allowed enough time for delivery and selected the correct postage.

International orders

Orders aren't limited to the UK, and just recently I have launched kites in skies above France, Sweden, Spain, Switzerland, Qatar, Dubai, the US and Australia!
